Personal Reflection on Bride Building Activity

I personally can't remember what I felt. I think the way we communicated was slightly above average in the sense that we were used to the way we interacted with each other. I'm not sure if I have learned anything about myself but I have understood my members better so I know how to do in future activities. I'm unsure why, but I did not feel discomfort, fear or apprehension.
